Man’s Face Stuff was started by two guys from Portland, Evan Dumas and BT Livermore. Both sport fine moustaches, of course, but were not satisfied with the waxes currently found on the market, so decided to make a wax they would like to use.

Their wax not only has the hold you desire (BT regularly bikes in the Portland rain and keeps his curl just fine) but they specialize in making wax that smells absolutely fantastic. If you’re feeling bold, why not try “Gin & Tonic” or “All-Nighter,” which smells of sweet coffee and fresh pipe tobacco.

Recently I met a local dj, singer, songwriter, Marley Carroll, through my friend Brooke Priddy. Soon after our first meeting I was working in an old bank turned artist studio and residence. Our hosts, David and Nicole McConville opened their amazing space to shoot Marley’s first music video. With Brooke as Creative Director, Costume Designer and Stylist, it is certain to be a hit. This was my first time working with Judson Matthews, our Cinematographer and second time with his brother and Director, Daniel Jusdon. It was a long day but so worth it and I cannot wait to see the final product. Thanks, Marley, for allowing me to be involved. You are a star!

I had the best time working on the latest Blossman Gas ad campaign. The first segment was a commercial. Adam Taylor, Bonesteel Films and the Goss Agency were all involved and on set. Yesterday and the day before I got to work on the print ad portion of the job, working with Atlanta-based photographer Brad Newton. (If you are popping onto the links, I worked on most of the film/video work on Adam and Bonesteel’s reels.)
